MS320

The MS320 is a scanner that matches a laser scanner in performance by incorporating aggressive long range CCD scanning technology.

It also gives the user excellent comfort thanks to its ergonomic and light weighted design yet robust finish. It is built to withstand 1,5m multiple free drops to a concrete floor. The user can configure the MS320 by use of its barcode menu or Windows-based configuration utility.The firmware can be updated via
RS232 interface. Its intelligent decoder can automatically discriminate different interface cables connected and barcode symbols upon reading.

Besides supporting most common one dimensional barcodes the MS320 also supports a two dimensional barcode, PDF417.This barcode is selected for applications in areas such as the automotive industry for key applications as shipping, product evidence, quality conveyance, production broadcast, configuration management and material safety data sheets.

As a valuable accessory, the MS320 comes (optionally) with an adjustable hands free stand for automated operation, It delivers the flexibility to operate as a presentation scanner, making the scanner suitable for your point of sale, office automation and document tracking applications.

PA980

The Unitech PA980 is a compact and robust mobile computing terminal designed for maximum durability and ruggedness.The PA980 is compliant with IP67 which means that it is totally dust protected and also protected against the effects of temporary immersion between 15cm and 1m for the duration of 30 minutes. Besides IP67 the PA980 has extra value by having a internal intelligent heater system so that the unit can be used in applications where the operating temperature is between -30ºC ~ 50ºC.

PA966

The PA966 is the latest addition to the Unitech family of rugged mobile computers based on Microsoft CE.Net mobile operating system. Its design shares the same form-factor as the PA962, but adds the benefit of having a full alphanumeric keypad for fast data entry. The 36 keys are large enough to allow single-hand data entry operation. The blue back-light behind the keypad can be switched off to prolong operation time.

The Unitech PA966 is highly suitable to be used outdoors because it is optimized to better withstand cold and heat (-20°C to 50°C). At the heart of the PA966 is the Intel PXA255 Extended Temperature
Processor and the large transflective LCD screen is temperature con-trolled so it keeps its crisp clear image under these outdoors circum- stances. The unit is IP54 rated IP54 (splash water and dust resitance).

The PA966 features an integrated Bluetooth module for short-range wireless communication and still has two free slots (one PCMCIA and one CF) available to suit most connectivity requirements. Unitech offers
different models equipped with either a laser scanner or image capture device for 2D barcodes and image capturing. Separate gun grip models are available.
