It’s SO EASY to use!

Just scan the clock in card using a barcode, magnetic stripe or smart card reader and the system updates instantly to tell you who is on site and who isn’t. Once an employee has finished their shift, their identification is scanned once again to complete the record for that day.

Software limitations

Any number of staff details can be stored in the system.

Any number of individuals can be logged by the system at once.

Any number of individual databases can be supported by the system.

The single user software cannot be run

Technical Information

Required configuration

The configuration needed for correct software operation is the same as for most Windows® applications:

  • A PC or 100% compatible computer with Windows TM 95/98, NT, 2000, XP or ME.
  • A Hard Disk with 10 Mb of free disk space.
  • Windows 95/98/ME with 64 Mb of RAM (128 mb recommended).
  • Windows NT/2000/XP with 128 Mb of RAM (256 mb recommended).
  • 1 x available USB or RS232 port.
  • Ethernet connection for network version only
  • PC Network card – network version only
  • A 800 x 600 graphical screen or better.

Name badges / clock cards

StaffTrak can be adapted to use your existing identification cards or alternatively we can supply barcode labels or ID cards to your specification.

Additional Information:

Network version of StaffTrak can run multiple hardware devices at once at any network location.

Optional Hardware: Additional barcode scanners; Proximity Readers; Smart Card reader; Biometric readers to capture fingerprint recognition also. Please ask for details and prices
