Optus Services are an independent servicing and repair centre for many of the leading vendors hardware.
We have three sites for repairs in the UK, two for the repair of handheld data terminals and scanners, and one for the repair of Thermal Printers.

Our repair centres have fully trained engineers (many are former manufacturer employees) who are able to deal professionally and competently with the many varied faults and repairs that arrive.
We can offer both annual maintenance contracts at competitive prices (sometimes as much as 25% below the OEM’s own repair centre), or Time & Material repairs.
We offer standard three or five day Return To Base responses for handheld device contract work.
For printer repairs we can offer 4+4, 8+8 and Two Day Response for on site contracts, or Return To Base for Time & Materials printer repairs.
We currently provide maintenance contracts and regular ongoing Time & Material repairs for some of the UK’s best known names (see our testimonials page for more details)
We are able to supply repairs for the following manufacturers products:
Motorola (incorporating Symbol), Intermec, Psion Teklogix, Toshiba TEC, LXE, Honeywell (incorporating Metrologic & HHP), Opticon, Zebra, Datamax, Sato, Avery Dennison & Printonix.
