Rugged, compact laser terminal with 32-bit RISC CPU, up to 1M RAM, backlit graphic LCD and keyboard. The unit operates from 2 AA size alkaline cells, giving typically over 100 hours continuous operation.

Data can be downloaded via a cradle or directly via a 9 pin RS232 cable. Communications with the cradle are handled optically to eliminate connector wear. Programmable in C (processor specific compiler required), or by using CasioGen software. This application generator program allows non programmers to develop simple data capture programs in minutes.

The unit operates from 2 AA size alkaline cells, giving typically over 80 hours continuous operation, or a re-chargeable Lithium Ion battery pack, giving typically 40 hours continuous operation.

Data can be downloaded via a cradle or directly via a 9 pin RS232 cable. Communications with the cradle is handled optically to eliminate connector wear.
