Required Configuration

The configuration needed for correct software operation is the same as for most Windows® applications:

A PC or 100% compatible computer with Windows TM 95/98, NT, 2000 or ME.
A Hard Disk with 5 Mb of free disk space.
Windows 95/98/ME with 16 Mb of RAM (32 recommended).
Windows NT/2000 with 32 Mb of RAM (48 recommended).
A 3.5" 1.4 Mb Floppy drive.
A VGA graphical screen or better.

Name Badges

One roll of 450 visitor badges is provided, size 102 x 76 mm, thermally coated, white finish. No ink or ribbon is required for the recommended thermal printers. 25 plastic name badge wallets are also supplied, with safety pin attachments.

Software Limitations

Any number of visitor details can be stored in the system.

Any number of individual visits can be logged by the system.

Any number of individual databases can be supported by the system.

The software can not be run concurrently across a network.

Installation

The software can be installed from the download area. In will function fully in evaluation mode, except the number of visits that can be stored will be limited. For a full installation you will need to purchase the EasyVisit package, a bar code scanner and a desktop label printer. Please check with your supplier for further details. The bar code scanner simply connects in between your keyboard and PC.

The label printer connects to the parallel port of your PC (options available for serial port and USB), and is supplied with a Windows driver. This can be installed in the usual way.
