Installation

PC required	Pentium or better, sound card preferable, DVD drive required for books in print module.
Compatible operating systems	Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000.
Bar code scanner	CCD scanner with keyboard wedge interface, AT and PS/2 type keyboard adapters included.
On site installation and training service	Have the system set up for you for just £175.00 (£205.63 inc VAT)

Set up

Sample book databases provided for primary and secondary schools.

Optional easybuilder module for entry of data from a DVD of all books in print for the last 10 years.

Books for Students compatible - have new books supplied already bar coded, with a disk containing the book details for direct import into your database.

Loan limits, loan times, due back dates, reservations, traps and flags can all be set, with audibe warnings.

Circulation Control

Issue books to borrower number or name.
Return and renew by book accession number.
Simple Reservation system.
Quick on screen borrower and book enquiries.
Search by author, title, Dewey, publisher, location, keywords etc or
Multi level keyword Search, key stage, reading age etc.

Reports

Management reports can be printed to screen, printer of file:

Overdues by individual, department or group; current status of department, borrower or book; history of department, borrower or book; books on loan; reservations.
