Implementation 
Implementation is the final phase of the project. Once the test system has been thoroughly tested and all the users are trained on any new processes and procedures, the new system can be implemented into the live environment. At a mutually appropriate time, the system changeover will occur, and our consultants will monitor the system through its initial use to confirm that the implementation has been successful.
